Jon fitted a new sink and a boiling water tap for us. We had a bit of an issue as we’d disconnected and bought the tap from our previous house and when it was fitted at our new property we couldn’t get pressure so we ordered a new tap and it wasn’t any trouble for Jon to come round again and change it over. He did a superb job to make sure everything was to satisfaction and he is such a pleasant guy

Google2026-07-09“We called out Randle Plumbing & Heating to give us a quote for a boiler replacement, after the engineer from our Home Emergency Cover declared it uneconomic to repair. Jon asked if he could look at it, and ten minutes later had got it working again. As the boiler is over 30 years old, we are still looking to replace it, and the quote from Jon is very acceptable. Jon’s manner is polite, calm and reassuring, he is very respectful, a tidy worker, and clearly a very good engineer. Ticks all the boxes for a go-to plumbing and heating engineer!
Communication and appointment keeping were both excellent, making full use of technology.
Update- we have now had a new boiler and pump fitted by Jon and his colleague, neat and tidy work, completed in a day, as planned. Also replaced the controls with smart devices. Jon was very patient with explaining the options(Hive/Nest etc) and their various pros&cons, so that I could make the right choice. His after-installation support has also been very good, offering advice if needed.

He was professional throughout, contacting us beforehand to liaise on dates and times and then afterwards too, to check that all had been carried out to our satisfaction.
He arrived punctually, was very obliging and clearly knew his stuff. He worked hard, carrying out the service thoroughly and efficiently. He cleared up proficiently leaving no mess. His terms were extremely competitive too.
Jon is a cheerful, friendly guy who did a first class job. We will certainly be using him again. We prefer to support local tradesmen where we can and it is a relief to add another good one to our list of contacts!”

Hot running water and heating all sorted within a couple of hours and for a very reasonable price. I would fully recommend using these guys.
